Pleasant experience from start to finish! This location is very quickly, friendly, and their order accuracy is on point! I ordered my typical fall seasonal drink, which contains a lot of modifications, and the barista in the drive thru was very polite, patient and knowledgeable! When we got to the window, she was very friendly and held an enjoyable conversation. Will definitely stop by this location if I’m in the area again!

Came here and ordered a salted caramel mocha iced, but I got a hot one instead. I dont mind hot, but the taste was very disappointing. It tasted like water, with not alot of taste of coffee and sweetness. Very disappointed because it's been awhile since I came.

I go to the Starbucks daily and today was really disappointing I ordered two drinks on a mobile order when I walked in 10 minutes later only one of my drinks were sitting on the counter I sat there for probably five more minutes before somebody acknowledged me to see if I was waiting for something else when I told them yes the lady asked me what it was I had to go back out to my car to get my phone because I was ordering for work I came back and told her what I ordered sat there for another 5-7 minutes so I went back to the counter and there was a little cup sitting there I asked if that was my drink and she said what did you order as if I had never even talk to her!!!!! so when I ask For a refund because at that point I have to go that’s when they decide they want to make my drink and give me a refund and then want me to take the drink and the refund no it shouldn’t even gotten to me needing a refund to begin with why wasnt my drink a priority to remake when you gave it out to somebody else ?instead of waiting till I wanted a refund to remake my order and like I said I go here every day and this whole situation makes me feel like I’m just gonna look stupid even though I shouldn’t feel that way because this was not my fault

it's a starbucks, with as little and as much as one expects from a starbucks. clean; polite baristas; etc. they didn't seem to know what 'extra hot' and 'no foam' mean.
