I have a hit or miss experience here. Some of the staff are phenomenal, and that includes some of the teenagers who are showing a work ethic and customer focus that tells you they will go far in life.nThere is one manager who frequently is heard yelling at the staff in frustration. I've worked in restaurants, and know it can be very stressful, but yelling is just not going to help anybody. She yells because she cares about the customer experience, so she shouldn't be fired. I think she just needs more help than she gets.nGenerally, i get quality food with no mess ups, but sometimes they forget items.nOwners:nPay attention to days when the staff is almost all teens. That's a hard team for a manager to supervise AND get quality from. Pay a few adults extra money to mix in and help keep the order you need. Any adult whose by themselves with that crowd and a long line at the drive-thru is set up for failure, and extreme frustration. You are the only fast food joint for several miles, so if you need to up the prices to pay more, do it. I'd prefer to pay a little more for each burger if I don't have to check my order so much.

Have gone here 3 times since there isn’t anywhere else to go around there. Every single time the food was stale. The first time the bun was hard and the chicken was rubbery. I threw it away. The second time I ordered a spicy chicken and the chicken was once again rubbery. The third time it was the same thing. It’s just nasty.

Always have great food and great service! The employees are awesome and so nice they let me go through the drive through as I am at work and can't drive a trash truck through!

It was all younger people working. They where pleasant enough. No chips for taco salad. I don’t know why they bother to ask about sauce. They always leave it out. The chili from taco salad was runny and hardly had any meat or beans. This is my first time here. And probably my last.

The food (small combo with tiny sides) was so tough or old or? I was not able to eat the sandwich, as in I could not physically chew the sandwich. 1 pkg catsup 4 a generous small fry. Not suitable for a child.nI hope the chili I put it in the fridge after throwing meal away, I was trying to order a bacon spicy chicken sandwich & I couldn't get one! the deserts are good, however I wanted food.
