Had lunch and enjoyed this grown up burger joint. Everything is made fresh after your order so don't be in a rush. Beer and cocktails available. Lots of fry choices but the best are the thin cut and waffle. Burgers and chicken are both good. I highly recommended this place.

Very good burgers. Best meal I had in Colorado I think. Seems like most places don’t have very seasoned food. But their burgers and sauces were awesome.
Someone responded to my negative response about food and staff today... sorry hope to see you again! Seriously, this person really doesn't get customers and poor everything thing. We live in westwoods so will make sure to spread the word about the Illegal Burger customer service and don't go there if you want something good! Really, this owner is nuts!
Illegal Burger was okay, order at the counter type place. Pretty expensive in my opinion, 40 bucks for two burgers, fries and 2 fountain drinks. Took about half an hour to get our order, we were told there was a delay so we knew. The hostess, server, busser was just one girl and she did a great job. I would go back but probably not my first choice for a burger place. Maybe they were having an off night as I have heard good things from others
