Dining room was closed in the morning due to staffing issues. Drive thru only. This was on 10/03/18. Not sure if it was a one time issue or not. Appears to have been a one time issue. Dining room was open morning of 10/17. UPDATE Aug 2020:Still seem to be having staffing issues. Lowering rating.
Seemed it took quite awhile to get through the drive thru line. When I got to the window I realized this one little gal was doing everything. Taking orders, preparing orders, collecting the monies and handing out the orders. She is one heck of a worker and Burger King is very lucky to have the gal. It was on Thursday at 9:30 am. Pretty busy too. One sweet gal doing it all. She needs a raise Burger King and you are lucky to have her!
I have given this place 3 chances. I've ordered the same thing each time. Original chicken sandwich meal. Standards must be lowbar. My sis is always off. Only one have my my fries been hot and I always seems to get an onion ring. Gross. Way to ruin my fries. My sandwich has been put on smashed bread. I always feel like I'm bothering the person who hands me my food. Consistently not good.
Everything we ordered was way past the shelf life. It was hard and old. The fries were a few shades lighter then the onion rings. I would make the drive to Kipling and i70 before eating at this one again.
