Ewwwwud83dude29 I love papa johns but this location is horrible. Nobody wears a mask. Walked in some girl was making pizza, touching her hair and scratching inside her ear at the same time. Dude at the cash register was wiping his nose, without a mask and touching everything. GROSS.

Order for pizza to be delivered at noon came at 12:30 was cold and wrong pizza ordered 0ne cheese and one pepperonni and got two cheese worst ever lunch over at 12:40 barley got to taste on wrong slice of pizza

I placed on order online for delivery, waited 53 minutes for the pizza to arrive. The pizza arrives cold, with basically none of the toppings on there and missing the dipping sauces I paid for. I called the store 3 times, first 2 times it rang and then hung up, 3rd time someone picked up but I was placed on hold for 25 minutes and then hung up on. I work in food service, at a Qdoba, and this is not acceptable whatsoever. I understand you can get busy and be short staffed, especially during a lunch/dinner rush, but it still is not an excuse for not answering your phone calls, or answering them, and placing people on hold for almost 30 minutes, then hanging up.
