It's not easy to find a home studio you like and my search brought me to Damselfly YogaSpa where I'm happy to say I'm home. The classes are intimate and enriching. The studio is clean and very appealing inside. The teachers are diverse in their class offerings and deliver a wonderful and refreshing experience. I love this studio! Beautiful studio, small class sizes, great variety of classes and instructors.
Just finished a starting workshop on the basics of yoga. What a wonderful slow paced workshop to truly learn the poses without the pressures of a class. You can look a pictures and watch an instructor all day long and NEVER really understand the true intricacies of a pose. This workshop showed me the fine adjustments that make up what a pose should be doing as opposed to just going through the motions. The devil IS in the details.
Wow - DeEtta's Weekend Warrior Class was awesome! I learned so much and got a great workout. Such a pretty studio also. I'll be back!
An absolutely pleasant experience throughout! The studio is beautiful, inviting, and calming. I took a gentle vinyasa yoga class and loved it! The practice was very smooth and I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. Reasonably priced, too!
