I hired Tom to add a hot tub connection to my home. It was a complicated install and his bid was competitive. He got everything taken care of in one day and did a fantastic job.nnHowever he needed a very specific breaker that needed to be special ordered. He went ahead and got it ordered and said he would return in a couple of days to get it hooked up and operational. It's now been 3 weeks and I've gotten no response.nnMy other half Kelsee left review as well. Tom is a great guy really knows his stuff but seems to have some issues with the help that he hires.nnI'm leaving this review in hopes that Tom sees it and comes and throws this breaker on the side of my house. He seemed concerned about the price and I explained to him that if it meant the bid went up as a result it wasn't a big deal.nnTom, please come get this wrapped up. You left my electrical panel hanging open and exposed for several weeks. What's going to happen when it snows?

Tom has been over at our house the last few day's. He has been absolutely wonderful!! Tom has so much knowledge. Tom brought Nick to help him do the job. These guy's worked through the hot September afternoon sun. They have been efficient. We have been learning so much about our home and our electric. They added wiring for our hot tub and they also added an electric line on the west side of our house for an RV hookup. Kind people who do honest work. I will recommend this company.

Thomas Gaccetta, well I can sum this Guy up in one word, DISHONEST. He has serious issues with breaking Contracts with Customers. I literally was shocked when his true character was revealed. Not a person I would EVER do business with again. My advice, Don't let his FAKE smile trick you into thinking that his intentions are going to be Honest or Trustworthy. Word to the wise AVOID AT ALL COST INCLUDING LAWYERS FEES

AWFUL. Tom was supposed to replace an electrical panel and do some interior work on my house. I gave him a $1,300 deposit to buy materials, and he was sitting on my money for 3 weeks with no updates. He finally came to do the interior work on my house with some big talk, saying how easy this work was, but left with it only partially done, and I ultimately couldn’t get ahold of him for multiple days. Finally, after making contact and scheduling times for him to come, he ended up with multiple no-shows, and didn’t answer his phone when I tried to contact him again at that point. I finally got ahold of him to request that he refund my money for the panel. Since then, he has disappeared with my $1,300 and won’t respond to anyone. I had to hire somebody else to complete the job.nnFurther, the subcontractor he brought to my house said he was never paid by Tom for any of the work he did.nnThis guy is a SCAM!! Do not use him. There are much higher quality and honest electricians out there.

I hired Tom back in October for a two part project. The first was an electrical service panel. He brought in a bright young guy to help. The work went smooth and the install was going well except that he did not provide the AFCI/GFCI combo breakers (six total) that we discussed in our contract and he did not run wiring yet to the detached garage. Permit was successfully finalized. The first job was a $3000 job.nnIts Nobember now and I wanted to keep moving forward, so we started the second part. I hired him for was a $2500 job to redo some of the old wiring in the home that's all on the same circuit. At this point he got paid for the first job with the expectation that the breakers and garage will be completed while working on the second job. He also didnt bring any helper with him. He opened a permit and got it to the point of passing rough inspection. I already paid half of the $2500 at this point, but he wanted another $850 before moving forward and I declined. He gave me a 10 day lien notice so I gave him $850 to go away and he signed a lien release.nnI hired another licensed electrician to complete the work and he asked me what was done so far because the wiring is still on the same circuit. I had to pay him to basically start all over. But that man was able to complete the job.
