I hit them up on there fall specialnThey installed a new furnace on Saturday, and a UV light to protect me entire home. I used my furnace and it is really efficient. The UV light is incredible, it really makes the house feel fresh!

They changed out a old breaker box & looks good. Get a surge protector if they offer one for you

Bill and his team were amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right. Of course my A/C broke down the hottest day of the year and Bill came to survey the situation right away. Bill obviously has ALOT of experience so he made it all look easy. We planned the A/C replacement job for 2 days later. He was prompt, Cleaned up the area and gave us transparent play by plays as he went along so there weren't any surprises with extra pipes being put in and drywall having to be cut out. I have two words for Ben Franklin Group...HIRE THEM!

Very poor communication, showed up and told the tenant nothing was wrong and left without calling me (property manager)
