Super friendly & super fast, even when their lines are long. I enjoy their espresso drinks and dairy-free options. For me, the best thing about this location is their walk-up service window; I can walk my dog and grab a treat without a problem.

Everyone is super friendly, I give 5 stars for the employees and knowledge of making drinks. I am a daily customer, I am frustrated with the credit card swipe mechanism. I don't understand why they do not have a chip reader. This is the only place where they have to manually key in my card EVER DAY!. I know it takes just a minute but that is time and we all know time is money for both of us. I know that the Thornton location has one and the same person owns both. I would go to starbucks but I love the employees at ziggies! Please order one soon! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

Delicious! I enjoy the Chai Tea Bhakti with Almond milk.nI am happy that they offer alternatives to dairy even Vegan options with some healthy alternatives.nMy Dog especially likes the Pup Cup.

ud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffcLocation in Louisville is 10x better.. never had a problem at the Louisville store. Just moved and now this is the closest but I will be driving an extra 15 a day so I don’t have to go through the drive through 3 times to get my Carmel cold brew made correctly. Not a hard drink , and then they want to charge you for extra stuff to make it how it should have been in the first place, and then they want to Harass you at the window about how I the customer am wrong and that they all watched her make it and I the customer just must be wrong , the one who tasted the drink... and said to me “””next time you’ll have to pay extra for the extra sweetness””” I said there will be no next time thanks tho!
