I have been to over 20 other McDonald’s locations and also deliver food for them BUT the 2 kids running the drive thru and also the 1 cook deserve more than raises because not only are they short handed and close at 12 with over 8 customers waiting but they are staying calm like I have never seen before.nI have seen managers cussing at workers and stuff being thrown at other locations but not here.nMcDonald’s should definitely recognize these 3 workers for the outstanding service and composure they all exhibit.nI want to say thank you for the pleasant experience and the wait time didn’t matter due to this. ud83eudd18

Clearly marked Travis Scott promotion meal on the drive thru menu was not honored at the window. It was honored a week prior. Now you have to use a mobile app to order? How about you remove the large promotional photo and description from the drive up menu if it is not a valid way to order it.

Quick and got food. Manager was at the cashier on two occasions and was respectful and friendly. Worth returning to on my commute

This Westy location is underrated, it always has an upbeat and reliable crew. I was picking up spicy chicken sammies and fries tonight and was asked to pull into the last window because the fries were not ready immediately. It was not an inconvenience to wait for the perfect golden crispy fries, + we all know they are worth the wait. I don't think I even waited 4 extra minutes when Carlos popped out of the window, took full accountability, apologized for the delay, and gifted me extra fries and cookies. Like I said, I was not bothered by having wait and I don't know what I did to deserve it, but you sure know the way to a lady's heart.ud83eudd70

Do you have something against putting cheese on your sausage, egg and CHEESE sandwiches. Every. Single. Time. I get one from this location, I has no cheese.
