Go to this shop at least twice a week, I felt like they had a MARVELOUS CREW until today! Kaylie was obviously not in it today, interrupted me every time I spoke and she was curt/ irritated in tone from the beginning of the interaction! Kaylie, people count on your kindness when we choose to buy from a shop, Indon't LOVE spending this amount of money on coffee, im paying for the experience and today was NOT PLEASANT!
