I went in the afternoon. It wasn't very crowded and was a nice atmosphere for reading. The staff was friendly and greeted everyone that came in. We're missing a star only because the tables didn't appear to be wiped down.
I give this place double thumbs up. The service was very welcoming and sociable. The prices are good for what you get.

Bought a panini 10 mins ago that I was excited about only to have the bag it come in rip at the bottom and fall on the ground outside. So now I’m still hungry and out 5 bucks....
Terrible experience at this location this morning; we were lectured in a very abrasive manner by who I’m assuming was the manager, about ensuring that a photo ID was given for partner numbers. While I agree with this practice, the way it was approached was absolutely deplorable, and very unprofessional, the barista continued to speak over my partner, and interrupt him, saying that even with his partner card being on the app he needed and ID. We had run some errands, and I was the only one with a wallet. The man at the window then told my partner to “catch up on the weekly updates” in the most condescending tone. I was appalled by the attitude that he had, and likely will not return to this location in the mornings again. Horrible experience, and a manager who couldn’t care less about the customer experience he provides.
