Menu and drink options at most Starbucks is pretty similar. The employees at this Starbucks make this one awesome. Whoever does hiring over there has done an awesome job picking really kind and caring employees. They make my day most days we go in there!
Super rude employee at this Starbucks location. Came in at about 4pm on August 18th (my birthday) to redeem my birthday reward. Neither WIFI or internet was working on my phone so I couldn’t bring up my birthday reward. The employee told me to go find internet to bring up the reward and looked at me as if I was lying about the situation. Both my children were screaming and the internet just wouldn’t work. I ended up just leaving. Employee didn’t even offer to remedy the situation. So much for good customer service.
A little pricey but great espresso and snacks.
This Starbucks location inside the King Soopers is probably the busiest one I've ever seen. Its atmosphere is similar to the experience you would get at an actual Starbucks. I know that they were talking about opening a location in replacement of the El Senor Sol restaurant next to Walgreen's to alleviate some of the congestion this location has. The staff is extremely friendly and will start to remember you and your drink order the more often you come in. The poor reviews of this location are due to the very high standards the Ralston Valley area has.
Very nicely done Starbucks, clean modern and they have all of the newer concepts here. Evening beer, wine and tapas. Clover Brewer... All the fixings.
