I have been banking with them for years the customer service is great but I'm suppose to have overdraft protection but for some reason IT NEVER WORKS. The bank let's payments come out whenever even if I dont have the money to pay it. This is so frustrating because this happens all the time and I have talked to people about it multiple times. I'm about to the point I'm going to a different bank because this shouldn't be happening multiple times
Terrible and snotty customer service for about the fourth time. Second time using notary and condescending. Finally taking the time to close my account and go elsewhere. Love this branch! They clearly went over everything so I knew how to avoid fees and they help build up my credit! Also, very warm and friendly!
