MY WINGS HAD FEATHERS ON THEM!nnOne of the wings I received had the feathers still on them! Crispy and fried. I didn't realize it till it was in my mouth. I threw up the rest of my meal. Absolutely disgusting and not expected from Wingstop as a brand.

We called several times and were hung up on each time. We have tried this location many times because it is closer to our house. Before this location opened we went to the Lakewood location. We will no longer waste our time with the golden location. You get better service at the Lakewood location and is worth the drive.

I went in for my order and i had to wait 10 minutes when had ordered 10 wings and a large fry over 40 minutrs before i came in. When trying to talk to the young employee with blue hair about my order she was very rude and sassy. Never apologized or even smiled.

I ordered my food and they started the order before the time was that I had suggested. I received an email saying that my food was picked up at a specific time but I did not receive my food for 45 minutes I called the store they said to contact doordash. I contacted DoorDash they said because I went through the website I would have to get my refund with Wingstop. I called the store back and spoke with the young female who said she was a manager, she was very unprofessional and acting Inappropriate. If this is the kind of people that is going to work at this location I can only imagine how my food is being handled! I would rather drive to Lakewood to get my food. there is no way I will deal with the ignorance that is coming out of that location. The employees here don’t realize the customer is the reason why they have a job and they should act properly and professionally.
