I love attending this CrossFit gym. All the coaches are very qualified and know what they are talking about. There is so much positivity at this gym. The people you work out with are very welcoming and want you to do well on your workout. And this gym is kid friendly.
I feel so comfortable at Applewood Crossfit! Being new to crossfit, I was nervous, but the staff at Applewood really care about making sure you feel welcome and are getting the best instruction. I completed my 3-day foundations course with Dana Howell, and I hit the jackpot for instructors! She was exceptional, so attentive and really focused on helping me get the moves and form right. I highly recommend Applewood Crossfit!
I’ve been with the gym for nearly a year, and it’s been one of the best decisions! I’ve accomplished a lot, thanks to the many amazing coaches and support of the community members! I’ve always felt intimidated to join a CrossFit gym, but I’ve never felt that here! The workouts can be broken down to what everyone is capable of doing, along with amazing support from everyone around. The open environment and amazing staff is what keeps me coming each month to this gym!
One of the best gyms I've been. Qualified Coaches, great facility and an amazing community. They offer diverse classes and provide a suitable scale according your goals... Love this place!!!
I've been going to this gym for 2 years and have seen so much growth. New coaches offer new prospectives, and new challenges. If you try it for one month, YOU WILL BE HOOKED. The community is very supportive and fun. My mom (who is 68) goes 3 times a week. It's truly a place for everyone.
