I have been doing virtual classss since April and they have great PodFit instructors - especially Keri, Stephanie and Denise!
It's been three years since I moved to Colorado and I haven't been able to find a hot yoga spot that I love since but yoga pods classes gives me the quality I'm looking for. It's a great work out and amazing meditation. I loved my first class here

I have been to only a few hot yoga classes but I am completely in love. After years of snowboarding, weightlifting, restaurant working, and just always playing rough I decided I needed to get into a more relaxed method of exercise. I have not been disappointed. I went to a hot class and came home feeling invigorated rather then completely exhausted after one of my typical gym sessions.
YogaPod Denver West is a safe haven built by a beautiful community of practitioners, teachers and management. Super clean. Diverse class schedule with a ton of options. Climate controlled. Thank you YPDW and teachers for staying positive, strong and adaptive during this quarantine. I appreciate you!!
