World class yoga. Wonderful energy in a studio filled with dedicated yogis and yoginis. There are an amazing variety of classes for all levels.nnOne thing I love the most about this place is that they have a consistent offering of Restorative and Yin classes.nnI'm a high energy yogi who loves high energy sessions. But, for all of the high energy classes available, it's great having a selection that are built to restore and revive!
Dropped in for a beginners class while in Denver for a lomg weekend. Sara was a great instructor and inclusive for all levels. She made the class informative and fun. Hands down recommend going to one of her classes!
Lovely, cozy studio, with a large window looking out at the mountains. Kindness’ well trained teachers give concise, subtle cues in warm and encouraging tones. Offers a variety of classes; I love their warm vinyasa practices.
I have visited several Kindness studios in the Denver area, and Ginny Biddle's class at the Golden studio has been my favorite, by far. What I love so much about Kindness is that you get a distinctly unique experience with every instructor. Classes are a beautiful blend of mind and body wellness each time, and you're always encouraged to be yourself and to do whatever makes your body feel good. I am a BIG fan.
This location is in the heart of Golden, yet it also feels like a little hideaway in the middle of the city. I have only gone to this location once, but the class was phenomenal! I think the teachers name was Jen, she was fantastic! One thing I look for in a yoga class is the use of verbal cues, I was so happy that Jen was so good with this and I did most of the class with my eyes closed, which is what I prefer so I can focus on my own practice and breath and not get distracted. 10/10 will definitely return soon to this location
