The customer service is amazing! I couldn't decide between a backpack and purse and one of the young men helped me decide. Also recommended a wallet for me and my boyfriend. Coach is the only purse brand I splurge on and they last forever

Love love love this store the service an the customer care quality is amazing
If I could give zero stars I would. First we made and appointment because of everything going on which was fine. Was greeted at the door because they had to open it. I’m pregnant and there was a purse on the top self waited around while everyone was just talking to each other. Finally someone got it for me no one tried to up sale me. Finally I was like I’m done because I’m not getting help so I went to buy my stuff then finally they started talking to me all sweet. I felt profiled there, the only way someone talked to me was when I bought something. My friend was also with me and got something shout out to him for helping her, but the manager right after I was done buying was like ok I will let you out now mind you it was me and my friend and the works there so I was like no I’m with her. Finally I just walked out because I felt all eyes on me. Never again don’t go here if Michael Kors is open I’m takin one of the bags back because I prefer better service.
Every time I come here I get wonderful service. I feel welcome. The staff know my husband and I and always helps us find what we are looking for. Gabe and the staff, also prices keep us coming back.
