Just a great experience end to end. It started with an easy text conversation with Makenzie who was responsive and friendly as we discussed the vehicle and negotiated terms. It was refreshing after a day of in person conversations with other dealerships. The online experience was straightforward, transparent, and the best deal out of all the others! They use their app wisely to send quotes. The dealership itself was full of knowledgeable people, with great personalities, that educated but didn’t push. There is a right way to sell cars and Planet Honda Golden has the recipe.

Ed was my sales guy, he was perfect gave me all the details about the car I had already looked at another dealership that I didn’t learn at the previous dealer. He was very informative answered all my questions. He was not pushy at all which I loved. He made buying a car very easy. They also went above and beyond by delivering my car to Aurora that same evening. Which at that time with traffic was a 45min drive. Made it very easy for me and my kids. I appreciate all they did. My husband and I had been car shopping for several weeks when we found Jeff and Planet Honda. It's an understatement to say that our experience was 5 star! After having visited SEVERAL dealerships I can say that top to tail our experience with Planet made the experience so much easier and without the pressure of other places. Their online support is also amazing with very fast turn around time with text and email. I had an amazing car buying experience at Planet Honda! From start to finish, every step of the process was handled so professionally and made the sometimes-daunting task of purchasing a car very fun, friendly and seamless! I worked with Christopher in the sales and Collin in finance and both were extremely kind, patient and friendly. Christopher truly cared that I found the perfect car and was completely honest and knowledgeable about each car and question I asked and never put any pressure on me to purchase. Collin was fantastic to work with and put together a great financing option that was better than I could have expected. They both helped me so much and delivered top notch customer service! I felt like I left with a new vehicle and a few new friends! Our visit to Planet Honda was one of the most comfortable - non pressured visit my husband and I have ever encountered. We were greeted by Jeff Puffett. Jeff was very tentative to our likes, needs and questions. With his help, we were able to find the perfect low mileage used vehicle within our budget. We love our new Honda Pilot! You would never know that it is a used vehicle by just looking at it inside and out! Thank you Jeffrey Puffett. We will definitely recommend our friends and family to Planet Honda.
