I had an issue with a purchase and dreaded dealing with it. Not to worry thought Jake and Mathew not only took care of the issue, they went above and beyond to make me happy. We got a camper for our son who has a lot of medical needs. We got a Coleman and it was perfect to get him out and about like he wanted. Everybody at camping world was so helpful and kind. They walked us through everything on our camper, and helped us pick things out that we needed for it. We will definitely be back!

I had a three year old travel trailer in very good condition, however we hadn’t been able to use it as much as we like. I garage the camper about 45 minutes from where I live so it would have been difficult to show to potential buyers, so I took the trailer to camping world to consign. They provided an online estimate range of prices I may be able to get based on condition. I took it in to get a better idea of what that price would be. It was on the higher end of the range they provided and after and hour of review we came to agreement on a price. I was a little concerned that any minor necessary costs I would need to cover for repair (or some verbiage like that). Within a month I got a call to pick up my check. It was for the full agreed upon price and there was no hidden fees or costs. Gerard is as professional as they get and everything that we agreed to was delivered. Straight forward honest transaction. I recommend and would use again.

We are in the early stages of RV shopping. Nick T took the time to show us around and give us a good variety of options available. It was really nice to be transparent about being far from a decision point and still be offered great customer service. We will definitely be staying in touch with Nick as we continue the RV purchase process.
