All of the sales people and the GM were very nice and friendly, but I did feel like I was getting played on the trade in pricing by the sales person - initially $5500 estimated, then $3000 offered, and finally $6000 agreed to. Also, the finance manager made an error on the TAX line and tried to charge me 10.5% and still owes me nearly $1100 refund on my credit card. The numbers were first presented to me on paper to review and the taxes were separated on 3 lines and I did not add them up to see what they totaled, but when a tablet was brought back to me to electronically sign I saw the 10.5% and our local taxes are around 8% depending on the location. I am surprised the Finance Manager could make such a mistake dealing with the local tax rates on a daily basis.
This place is amazing! We were towed here after my truck broke down on the first day of our honeymoon. Even though the service center was about to close a mechanic came out to help us figure out what was going on with the truck. After we figured out that a water pump was the problem, Al in parts was a HUGE help. He went above and beyond in helping us out. He even helped us get a water pump from a local parts store when they didn't have one in stock! And they let me replace the water pump in their parking lot. Everyone there was helpful and great! I can't recommend this place enough.
Joe in sales was the only person who made my repairs happen when I bought the car I was told the service team would call when the parts came in almost 3 months later and I never heard anything back so I called Joe directly and he got right to work on it even though it wasn't his department then them telling me they may not be able to give me a rental and Joe made sure I had a loner car so KUDOS TO JOE IN USED SALES
Shout out to Skyler the salesman and Laura the Manager for being such great representatives of Autonation. Truly made selling my car to them easier. Friendly and reasonable are just two words to describe them. I would come back just to hang out with them.
FRAUD ALERT!!!! Drove from Watkins to buy a car. Had an exact agreed upon price. Salesman was very clear it includes dealer processing and all other charges except a $37 state charge. Liked the car, agreed to buy it. Went to dinner while they”do the paperwork” come back all they’ve done is create a document for me to sign to agree to a higher price. No apology, no service. They simply told me to shove off. Refused to pull the phone call that is proof of the fraud.
