Really great service and food. The oatmeal was amazing!! (Sounds odd to say because oatmeal is usually bland but this oatmeal looks ans tastes amazing and includes more than just raisins).nI'll definitely return here again!nAlso, I had a great juice! It was freshly made inside.nThere are also great social distance protocols in place and hand sanitizing. I like that you're able to open the main door and bathroom door by using your foot on this small pedal at the bottom of the door.
We ate breakfast at Blue Sky on two occasions during a recent trip. I would have returned again, if our schedule allowed. The menu included usual and unique breakfast items. Everything we tried was good. I can highly recommend the skillets and the pancakes,
Always delicious food, prompt and FRIENDLY service, efficient kitchen... make sure you don’t miss their vegetarian sausage. Honestly... it’s phenomenal and I crave it! We go here all the time for 7am business meetings.
Wow this place has to be a hidden Gem. everything we ordered was fresh and super delicious! Portion sizes were generous and staff was very friendly. We are only in Colorado a couple days but we are definitely coming back for breakfast again!
We love Blue Sky Cafe! Everything is just so delicious and fresh. The staff is also great. We often get Angeles as our waitress and she’s the sweetest person.
