Norma did a great job helping an international friend set up a bank account. And she did it all in fluent Spanish! Thanks Norma.
Staff was all very friendly and willing to help but painfully slow. Had a meeting with the branch manager to set up a business account. Felt like it was the first time he had ever used the program. Numerous issues entering in information and had to restart 3 times before I ended up helping him navigate his own glitchy software.nnWhen finished the application was denied anyway because improper verification documents had been submitted by the manager. 4 hours and 6 phone agents later finally fixed the issues and sent the proper documents. Come on chase, I could have done this easily myself online in 20 minutes or less. Instead I had to go in to a branch in person and waste over 2 hours of my time.
The staff is always helpful and very friendly. Norm is ALWAYS smiling and a ray of sunshine. Cort is easy going and polite to a fault. The ladies (whose names I can't recall) more than pleasant. In short, if these people aren't nice enough for you, perhaps YOU are the problem.
Not a real bank....a waste of time... no counter to help or deposit money... waste of a driver
What is the point of having a branch that dosent have a teller or a way to deposit without using an atm?
