Got 2 family style dinners and they were fantastic. Lots of good veggies, sauces, and noodles. Enjoyed the “broccoli/cauliflower” wings and pad Thai particularly. So good I went back the next night.

The people at Vital Root are friendly and helpful and the vegetarian menu is unique and tasty! Very comfortable atmosphere, located on artsy Tennyson Street. Take a walk before or after your meal, looking into and even perusing, if you have the time, the unique stores and art galleries. Your lunch and walk around the Tennyson neighborhood will be an event, not just a meal.

Great spot for vegan/vegetarian food. I got the sprout sandwich and absolutely loved it. The bread they make for it is amazing. It's full of nuts and seeds and incredibly hearty. I plan to come back to buy some of it since they sell it!nnThe beet brownie was also great! Moist, dense, and not too sweet.

Excellent dinner, and service. I had The pad Thai and it was amazing a little bit on the spicy side, We shared aside of sweet potato waffle fries that were amazing and my friend had the tacos w impossible meat and she lived them as well. The sangria was also amazing. They generously gave us a free piece of cake for my birthday as well. Five stars all around and we will definitely be back many times.

I don't leave many reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for my favorite restaurant in CO. The food is delicious, the portion sizes are very reasonable, and the prices cannot be beat (check out their Family Style Breakfast/Dinner). I have experienced a few mix-ups with my orders in the past, but the managers more than made up for it; the customer service is amazing. This is one of the few places I feel really comfortable eating as someone with Celiac Disease. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would.
