Beautiful studio space! Teachers are outstanding. Relaxing, uplifting and welcoming feeling as soon as you walk in the door. Highly recommend Asana for any yoga class. Different styles to choose from, good class times. They also have other events and a lot of nice gifts. Check it out!

I am in love with this place! I have had a few hard circumstances come up this year, and gave this place a try when I realized I need something to get out of my head. This is the first Yoga studio that I have been too, and I cannot think of why I would try another. Every class is well put together and they are fantastic and adapting to your needs. I get well thought out answers to all of my questions. I will not name any individual instructors because I have appreciated all of them. I have only been going for a month, however, I am reaping the benefits. They offer tons of classes all day long, which I find really helpful.

I absolutely love it here. The way the instructors speak with such beauty and positivity is awesome while practicing yoga. You can tell they have great spirits and I can feel it reflect off of them. I’ve practiced yoga in New York and while traveling Southeast Asia and this studio has been my all time favorite. I drive from Westminster to get here, through the traffic and all, I think it’s totally worth it. Hats off to all of the teachers at this studio and thank you for allowing me to feel comfortable and safe while exploring my practice.

When I walk into this gorgeous studio, I feel right at home and welcomed. From the stunning exterior complete with grape vines and pear trees to the warm ambiance interior complete with great shopping options, all the way into the studio rooms filled with incredible teachers and yogis-I am floored by this community. Shelly the owner is a fabulous leader and has developed a truly special yoga studio. I have tried attending almost all of the teachers and find they offer balanced, heartfelt theming and intelligent sequencing. My body and soul feel better every time after a visit. Grateful to call this studio home!

So far I like all of the instructors but I'm partial to Adi and came to this studio because I enjoy her style so much. This is a very professional space with quality teachers, beautiful studio space and nice variety of classes and times. Highly recommend!
