I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PILATES STUDIO! Both Cindy & Heather are phenomenal teachers with strong classical training and incredible coaching and cuing styles. As a former Pilates Instructor I have extremely high standards and only want to work with the best of the best! After a long break from the work I have found a place that I can call home. After each workout I feel stronger mentally and physically. And so cool feeling the results at the office with more focus and productivity. I strongly recommend this studio to anyone in the area. Love it!
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Cancels to reschedule semi often and not that easy to reschedule. Also, would be a little easier to do workouts if was explained what/why I was doing each movement before hand.
