Just had the best experience with this company. They gave us a heads up on issues we didn't know were so serious and took care of them in a professional and timely manner. Want to give a shout out to our installers, Martin and Ronald. They were so professional and personable and did an outstanding job. They were so pleasant, kind and patient in their dealings with us. Also need to thank Justin, David and Chezz for their time and attention to our project. Updated: 2020 -nI had a sink emergency. The seal of my under mounted sink dropped out. The team at 24/7 were extremely busy (lots of water heater blow outs and burst pipes they were dealing with!) and managed to squeeze me in. They sent Wayne South Jr came and hooked us up! He was extremely helpful, respectful and professional. We worked around some issues and he went to bat for us to make sure he could fix the sink by the time we got back into town. David was great. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional, and our problems were resolved.
We just experienced another professional service by Fix-it 24/7! Keith carefully and accurately diagnosed our water heater problem (not what it seemed at first), picked up the needed part, and skillfully made the repair. He cheerfully explained all he was doing as I watched, which made me feel confident the job was done absolutely right and our home is safe. These guys deliver the services they promise!
