Quick shipping! My stroller arrived today and it looks BRAND NEW. Amanda is the best, she was instrumental in helping me find the stroller I wanted, and was very quick to reply to all my concerns. Good Buy Gear is one of my most favorite discoveries! As a new parent, it was so helpful finding brand new/open box gear at a fraction of the cost. Not to mention, they have all of the best brands/products at a competitive price. Their website is so user friendly and I love the features like the notifications when something is in stock. Most importantly, they have the best customer service. I've been to the warehouse to have questions answered about strollers. Anytime I've had a question, they quickly respond on their chat feature and go out of their way to help me. Highly recommend them to everyone!

I was worried, as I had never heard of this site, and baby products are expensive. I took the leap of faith and I am glad I did! I ordered a baby carrier. My product was labeled ‘Opened Box’ and new. And that’s exactly what I got, the carrier is brand new with tags and wrapped on the inside. Obviously never worn and then just put back in it’s box. I was delighted. Best part is I paid a significant fraction of what the carrier normally runs!

I can’t say enough about the customer service at Good Buy Gear! After ordering a mismatched accessory, they figured out my issue and fixed it for me no questions asked. They are providing an amazing service to our planet by recycling baby gear and at a fraction of the cost of buying new WITH a excellent customer service as well. They truly have it figured out. I’ve now had two successful hauls from good buy gear and I’m blown away each time! I purchased an open box mockingbird stroller that was literally flawless for half the price as well as all of the accessories to go with it. We’re in Florida and the shipping was intact as well as inexpensive. Not only are you getting an amazing deal but you’re supporting a very well ran small business.
