Shawna, Troy and Eric were especially helpful showing us around several times then my parents. We didn't have a fully developed understanding of what we wanted, so we were a bit high maintenance and they were all very patient with us as we started to understand our needs as a family of four with two small boys and two elderly drivers who had never pulled an RV. We are so excited to be trying out our new No Boundaries 19.8 as a family! Thank you for all your help!
Troy, Michael, and Eric have gone out of there way multiple times to make this experience as smooth as possible. They are super easy to get a hold of and quick to answer any questions. Super patient with us even when we were having cold feet and working out finances.
Hubby and I purchased our first travel trailer this weekend past. Our salesman was Tavi, and he was great. We really enjoyed our walk through provided by George. He knows his stuff, was very patient with first-timers like us, and has a really good sense of humor. Angel installed our trailer brake and set up our hitch - a very professional job. Thanks Gander! Justice was the nicest and most helpful getting me the parts I need for my motorhome! I will definitely be coming back because of her amazing customer service and sweet personality! I can 100% say I was fully satisfied with my visit and believe she deserves a raise or some kind of recognition for the phenomenal work she does.
Don’t buy anything from here. I bought a camper and it was a display model. The bat-wing awning was broken and they refused to help. Said, sorry out of warranty. From the start it was issues and poor service. They said they inspect them and get them prior to delivery. Obviously that’s a lie. I’ve had electric issues mainly. They never gave me my the spare hinges and keys, to the awing, I should have been given. I contacted Rhino and was told those are to be supplied. I got nothing. I was told they would quote me a price to fix. They had no clue where they were. They are horrible at returning calls, and poor service. Basically, my camper was a display model and abused and they don’t wanna cover it. My dad bought at camper same time I did. His had to go back for solar panels not working, broken generator, and axel needed replaced. Kept it two months. This place is shady after the deal is done. Never again will I purchase from them. I’ll goto Camping World next. Stay away from here. There is a reason they have a 3.9 rating. If you value customer service and your hard earned money, this company isn’t for you.
