I absolutely love Starbucks. Not only for the delicious coffee but the friendly service mostly. I am surprised that Starbucks would even allow this location to promote it's brand. Every person that I have come into contact working here acts as if I am inconveniencing them with my order. It has gotten to the point where I just can't even order anything here because I feel bad for bothering them. I have grabbed a few items probably every other day at this King Soopers on my lunch break for years and enjoy having a coffee anytime I'm shopping. I am surprised at how long this terrible service has gone on.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Every time my husband and I go in to this location they are extremely rude, barely any greeting or any sort of customer service. The guy making the drinks said nothing at all and looked irritated when he had to get off the phone to make our order. We also had to correct him while he was making our drinks. We didn't even get a thank you or have a nice day, he just set the drinks down and went back to being on his phone. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I was surprised to find out that I was the first one to rate and review this Starbucks, and have it be a not so good experience. Just came in with a family member that needed a few things from the grocery store, and coffee sounded real good at the time and I thought I would just sit and have a cup of coffee.. Every table in the place was dirty, food crumbs, trash and spilled beverages (filthy). The guy behind the counter looked ike he just woke up or was about to fall asleep. I lost my appetite for coffee and went and sat in the pharmacy. I guess Starbucks is too big to concern themselves with providing a clean and comfortable place for its customers to relax and enjoy an evening cup of coffee, or the appearance of its employees.

I've been in several Starbucks over time but, this one every time I've the tables have been dirty - drink stains, food crumbs etc.....nAlso the last last time I was there the girl working behind the counter looked like she just woke up, on her phone and with a scowl on her face like 1. She didn't want to be there or 2. You were disturbing her needless to say I avoid this location like the plague.nI've stopped patronising this location all together, in fact I don't understand why the health dept hasn't taken action since the shop is within the Kingsoopers store?!
