One of the few McDonald's, I can say had great customer service. Employees were very friendly. One reason I don't go to many McDonald's is because they have terrible customer service. Not this one, great job. Will definitely be back.

Unfortunately this is the better of the two McDonald's in the area. This one at least gets my order 95% right as opposed to 82... Anyway I just ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget meal and they gave me eight cold spicy nuggets and no sauce. unfortunately for you, you are reading my last words because I am now about to hang myself due to the lack of sauce for my nuggies ud83dude25

I have had a couple bad experiences at this location. On 11/19 I placed my order only to be told to park and then waited for almost 30 minutes for my order. When I got home my order was wrong so we called to speak with the manager who told us that they would replace our order. Instead of having our order replaced we requested a refund as this is not the first time my order was messed up. We were told to come in and give our name as it would be in the book and our order would be replaced and money refunded. We go in today 11/25 and while talking to an employee we see a cockroach on the counter. The cashier killed the cockroach before going to look for our names in the book which she didn’t find so she called Misrek who is a manager only to be told no refund will be given but they will replace our order. We decline and the cashier explains to her that we just saw a roach on the counter. Misrek told the cashier all she would do is replace the order. We decline and as for the District managers name and number which they said they could not give us. The cashier told us she understands but there is nothing she could do and that management is aware of the roach issue. Don’t eat here, find another McDonald’s that cares about their customers and that keeps the restaurant clean!
