I have been utilizing this Shell station for two years and there is one clerk who cannot speak English. Today I attempted to make a food and a gasoline purchase, I told the attendant that I wanted $30.00 on pump 10 and I will use my alternate ID using my Shell card. I entered the alternate ID and the system recognized me, then the clerk asked me what kind of gas did I want and what was my limit. I informed the clerk I wanted to make a gas purchase and what kind did not matter. The clerk repeated that I need to tell him what kind of gas and what was my limit, I then said I do not understand what he was talking about, the clerk then said he did not have time for this and cancelled my purchase attempt just when the card reader asked me for my card pin number. I have never had this kind of experience before and will not be using this establishment again. I am a working professional and to be treated in this manner is unprofessional and unbecoming of the Shell Corporation.
