Really nice and friendly personnel. I had a few issues with our unit and Jo was fast to act and help. Jo has been great in helping with all sorts of issues. I would recommend this facility.

The gentleman named Tim that gave me my first storage space was kind, helpful and amazing at his job! Since this was my first storage anything as an adult I was nervous but he laid it all out and informed me on everything I needed to know. So much so that I feel like I don’t have to be nervous anymore! If that is not a great employee, I don’t know what is!

Nicole has been so helpful to me! I was in a weird situation, and she helped me resolve everything and got me on my feet!

I've had a pretty good experience with this storage on 48th and Harlan. Billy the property management has been very courteous respectful and made you feel welcome she's always been there to help. I will rent from them again if I need a storage
