Deana is fantastic!! She made sure the rate that we were quoted was the one charged. It was so nice to have a pro active person there in the office. I had convinced my boyfriend to switch to this storage facility after being very happy for 4 years because this is much closer and I’m so glad I haven’t regretted it. Deana is top notch. Great job!! Thank you Deana!! Keep up the great work!!

Update 10/2020 - I have moved out of my unit. The front officer person is a great improvement from the previous guy who was my main reason for a 1 star review. They helped me with my bill and made amends for the previous guys lack of customer service.nnSide note, ready the terms carefully. You will be charged for the whole month even you move out even a day later than your billing cycle. Also if you get a summer deal like I did, you can expect your rate to go up about $20 every 6 months or so.nn2018 - I previously had a 1 star review because the old front office person was shady and didn't have good customer service, and didn't tell me clearly about the price increase of the move out policy.

The experience I have consistently had with this facility has been excellent. Deena has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me on many occasions. Just this week I accidentally didn't get my lock on properly and she called me immediately and secured the unit until I could get there. I have also worked with Greg who is also great and Amelia in the past. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

Deena gave us excellent customer service. She helped us figure out the right amount of space for the best price. She is very pleasant to deal with.

Fair pricing. Friendly and courteous staff, very informative. I would definitely recommend this location if they have available units!
