Rick & Stan we're both courteous & knowledgeable. Stan did a good job digging our 100ft+ underground trench for a power feed line. Rick rewired the project cleanly the way I disgusted with him prior. I'm confident Stan will back fill the trench after it's been inspected.

Had a existing oil furnace removed and a new electric furnace installed, they also installed a new 3 ton ac unit.nNorstar was great to deal with from start to finish.nWe had a unique need and they went the extra mile (literally, we live near curlew) to make sure all systems worked together.nEvery person I met or talked to was polite and professional I really appreciate the work they did on our house.nI would use their services again and would recommend them to anybody who has hvac needs.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! BEGINNING OF JULY 2020 I CONTACTED THEM TO PERFORM MAINTENANCE ON MY HVAC SYSTEM. THEY WERE QUICK TO SELL AND HAVE ME PAY FOR A PLAN WHICH WOULD PROVIDE PREFERRED AND CHEAPER YEAR LONG SERVICE FOR MY SYSTEM. AFTER TAKING MY MONEY THERE WAS NO PREFERRED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORSE THEY KEPT ON CANCELLING THE APPOINTMENTS THEY DID MAKE WHICH WERE STRETCHED OUT OVER WEEK IN BETWEEN. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS SCHEDULED TO SHOW UP IN THE MORNING, MY WIFE WOULD STAY HOME BY THE LATE AFTERNOON WITH NO SHOW WE WOULD GET A CALL SAYING THEY WOULD HAVE TO COME TO LATE THAT DAY AND THEN RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER TIME OVER 1 WEEK LATER. AFTER A FEW NO SHOWS I CANCELLED THEIR LOUSY SERVICE AND DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK. - I KNOW THIS BUSINESS HAS GOTTEN GOOD REVIEWS UNFORTUNATELY THEY MUST BE HAVING SOME SERIOUS PROBLEMS TO BE TREATING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER HVAC BUSINESSES OUT THERE HUNGRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU.

Monty was great. He is a nice guy and polite. He spent time on my furnace and saved me money by not replacing the pressure switch; instead he fixed the problem that was making the switch get filled with water. That saved me over $100. I was very pleased with the outcome and the cost of getting my furnace back to tip top shape. Thank you, Norstar Heating and Cooling.
