Parking spaces too small for trucks and suvs
Not the best sonic I’ve been to. Not the worst either. It being near Sloan’s is a really nice perk. The Tots and Happy Hour special can’t be beat
This place is a definite hit-or-miss for me. They used to be good to me as a kid many years ago but nowadays, I only go if I want ice cream and/or a drink, since they always tend to mess up my orders, they tend to serve me cold food, and their service is sometimes extremely slow. I never bother to complain about negative service there since I know they probably won't listen or care. I only visit once every few months or so, but like I said, you'll always get a different experience depending on when and what you order. All I can say is... good luck.
I was very disappointed that they said they dont serve family size mozzarella sticks but they also told me that if I order 3 larges it's the same thing..... Yes I understand that it is the same thing, but the price is definitely not the same. They lady who gave us are food was super nice. Shout out to Sherry (Shar Bear). I wish her coworkers would catch on to her personality
I’ve given this place more than a couple chances since it’s in my neighborhood, but there is apparently something wrong with this location. My food has only only come out correct once. Just have a little pride in what you do. Generally when a company has continuous issues like this it’s a management issue.
