Garvin is excellent.... I hope the management recognizes this and gives him a raise and a promotion! He helped me with an issue I was having that made me want to cancel my membership, and now I am staying a member thanks to him. My experience with this gym has drastically improved because of him. He needs to be recognized for this!

There's good and bad here. Good: thanks to the staff for taking covid seriously and enforcing the state mandate and making sure people are safe. Everyone is wearing a mask, staying distanced, and cleaning after themselves. Everyone is very friendly here! Parking is also super easy, and love the location.nThe not so great: This gym is really small, like really really small. Most of the equipment is is really crammed together, and some the equipment is either broken, breaking, has tape on it as a quick fix, etc. The equipment is also out of date and you'd expect with all the surrounding gyms closing, they'd upgrade some of their equipment.

Amazing gym atmosphere. This place always feels like a second home to work out. The staff here is warm and inviting, always supporting you just for coming to grab some cardio! The staff here has been doing an amazing job during covid of cleaning and focusing on adherence to local guidelines. Very clean facility!

It’s hard to believe you charged members while the gym was closed and won’t return those funds. I was charged for 2 months despite having suspended my account. Now, in order to retrieve, I have to become a Creditor and go thru your bankruptcy claim process. I highly recommend anyone thinking of signing up for a membership here, DON’T!

This particular location has become so much more likable since COVID forced them to adapt. It's substantially cleaner now and they require reservations and keep it around half-capacity, so competition for machines isn't as fierce or annoying. Bottom line, before COVID it was dirty and crowded. My only real complaint is there is only one bench (ahhhhhh!) Otherwise the staff is always very friendly and it has everything you need.
