My home away from home. Every staff member at Container Collective goes out of their way to ensure you are part of the community. The classes are challenging physically and engaging and thought-provoking mentally. Baptiste is truly a practice that improves the body and mind. In the short few months of attending classes regularly at CC Yoga, I have noticed a number of positive physical changes in my body including no pain in my lower-back, an issue that has been nearly debilitating over the last few years, but the benefit is really in the mind. I am at ease. Class pricing is extremely fair and the schedule has options for any lifestyle. If you’re on the fence- don’t wait, do it. Come to class. You’re ready now.
Highly recommend. Russ took his time to problem solve my bike repair after an accident. Also, got my kids MTB running like a top for a fair price. Good shop and service!
