Best gym I've ever been to. The trainers are super helpful and push you beyond your mental and physical threshold. I love the mix of high intensity training combined with the stillness and focus of yoga. Extremely clean studio with a fun community. Highly recommended!

What a great boutique gym! The classes are as challenging as you make them. Uplifting and Upbeat. Everyone that works there is fantastic and you definitely feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the doors. And the best part are the two most adorable and polite Aussies that hang around the front of the studio.
Couldn't speak more highly of the team at Duality. I used ClassPass for months trying out tons of studios and was hooked on Duality. Their classes are phenomenal, with no wasted time or effort during class. Most importantly, Jenn and Tim (the 2 owners) are as real as it gets. They're all about making everyone family and it goes a long way. 5 star classes, 5 star facilities, 5 star teachers and 5 star customer service. Thanks for doing your thing Duality!
I took my first Duality class in December and was hooked from the start! This is the first boutique fitness studio I've joined that has a mix of intense cardio/weight training AND quality yoga classes. It also helps that the owners and staff are welcoming, friendly and very easy going. If you are looking to get/stay in great shape, this is the place. Thanks Duality team!
