Absolute rip off. These guys bill like they are neuro surgeons and all they are in overpaid electricians. Are you kidding me that it supposedly took FORTY MINUTES for 2 electricians to find a fuse in the box that had tripped???? They didnt even replaced it, they just flipped the switch and billed 40 minutes. I tried these guys based on good reviews. I sure wish I hadn't and I'd be 250 dollars richer if I hadn't.

Everyone was friendly on the phone and the tech showed up at scheduled time but it was about $270 to replace two GFCI receptacles which is pretty high for a $10 part and probably 20 minutes of labor per part.

I have used Ed and his team at SJO several times over the years. They have always been prompt and have done very professional work. Ed is very easy to discuss our projects with and offers ideas and alternatives that can save money or do the job better.nnWe just completed a remodeling project that required the electrical work to be done in stages. SJO was alway easy to schedule and they showed up on time. This really helped with keeping the other trades on schedule. I highly recommend SJO electric.

I've been a real estate agent for more than a decade, in the top 1% of our market for many of those, and Ed is exceedingly more reliable and honest than the majority of electricians we've worked with, if not even of all trades. He is incredibly busy yet always answers the phone, text or email with questions and takes the time to explain his logic to our clients and other agents so everyone feels comfortable with the outcome. He has on several occasion told us repairs were not necessary or less expensive alternatives exist, which shows his integrity as a business person. He is on our trusted list for a reason, and we're thankful for his knowledge and genuine care for safety and doing work the right way without short cuts.
