Applewood sent Stephen Richardson to our home to do some work on our furnace. He ended up replacing a couple parts. Stephen came out on two days to get this done as the first day was right at the end of day. He was very personable and pleasant. Stephen answered all our questions and explained everything he did thoroughly. We were given all our options with cost and felt able to make very informed decision. We very much appreciated all the time Stephen took to walk us through everything and do such a great job! Thanks, Applewood, for having excellent employees like Stephen Richardson!

My husband and I reached out to Applewood once again. This time for multiple plumbing issues.nMr. Chris S., Master Plumber, arrived as scheduled, and he listened to our tale of the issues we were having with two of our toilets. Thankfully nothing major, but replacement and repair is necessary.nChris is a kind and personable gentleman, who took the time to examine, assess, and repair We also made a future plan to update and replace one of our toilets. The mentoring, advice/expertise, and making a plan that would best suit our home’s needs was most impressive and appreciated.nChris represents his profession, himself, and the Company to the highest degree. Lookingnforward to his intervention shortly.nnAnother outstanding review...this time with new plumbing!heating Specialist ,Jason. Outstanding knowledge and work ethic. Our furnaces were checked, repaired and/or serviced with immediate improvement throughout our home. My husband and I were in-serviced, shown the improvements and changes for the units, and left with a spotless workspace. Date of services 10/07 and 10/09/2020.

Absolutely and amazing job! Our technician Kyle returned to our home to look at the previous work he did a year ago and was able to honor the warranty and make some minor adjustments. He has a wonderful personality and great people skills. Applewood responded in a timely matter setting up my appointment and following up after the service. I have been using this company for 13 years, they are very pricey, but their service is amazing and definitely worth the value! Always Satisfied Customer!

Additional services provided by Dan, 9/20/20: photo check of sewer and drainage due to Emergency backup. He was very professional and skilled in evaluating and reviewing the problems. He quickly resolved the problem and double checked all other home drainage systems to ensure the safety and service of the overall system. Applewood staff have always been very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Thanks!nnBJ an Applewood Electrician, on 8/31/20 performed a complete electrical panel rewire, replacement, plus four basement lights, and several outlets all in one day, with a great attitude and courteous professionalism. Very impressive!nnJeremy returned for a fourth time, 9/1/20 fortunately for a new service each time, this to install a vanity faucet. Which he went ahead and actually rebuilt the full undersink system as well.nnJeremy has provided plumbing services for our home thrice before and we request him to return due to his high level of knowledge, skills and experience.nnWe had 3 toilets replaced to highest quality, installed in one day, along with several small miscellaneous plumb repair services that had accumulated over time. Stephen was very courteous and professional. He was upfront with the problem with my furnace.nHe fixed the issue and stated if any other issues happen, to call him immediately. I feel, Applewood is very lucky to have him. He is proud to work for Applewood and took pride in his work. Stephen is an highly experienced Technician. I highly recommend him to anyone and will request him for any work I will have done in the future. Stephen, thank you very much, I feel your an asset to Applewood Heating and Plumbing.
