The Sol Shine

I own Elixir Aesthetics med spa down the road when we opened is when I discovered Sol Shine they have amazing fashion and so much knowledge in the world of Crystals, energy, and candles. Favorite store hands down.

Marianne and Dannie were so kind and helpful when I came in this afternoon. Randomly decided to come into the store and there clearly was a reason I was guided to come in. I can’t wait to come back!

The Sol Shine is my FAVORITE. It has become almost the only place I shop for clothes now. The owner has an impeccable eye for dressing women, and she picks great finds that I would never even have tried on - and then I love them more than my own picks. It's like having a personal shopper!

I purchased a dress that could not be worn with a bra. I thought the saleswoman was a bit pushier than I’d like but she was sweet and complimentary so I bought it. It was $97. I ended up changing my mind and coming back less a week later. They do not do returns. Nowhere in the store is that posted. Places that do not accept returns will typically alert you either on a sign or verbally to avoid exactly this situation.nnThe woman who I presume is the owner said it’s on the receipt, which helps no one because at that point you’ve already irreparably made the purchase. When I suggested she post a sign she snidely said thank you for the feedback. I told her I felt like she wasn’t going to listen to me and she called me nasty. The owner of this shop actually called a customer nasty multiple times. I was suggesting in a perfectly even tone that she should post signs if she doesn’t do returns. I did admittedly end up getting frustrated when she called me nasty three times. So she did get me there.nnShe claimed there was a substance on the dress and that was a flat out lie. It was worn for five minutes in my room then promptly taken off.nnSo zero stars. Negative 5 stars if I could. They now have $100 of my dollars and the woman insulted me. She gave me a gift card as if I would EVER step foot into that shop again after being called names for making a logical suggestion.

Had an incredible experience. Amazingly attentive staff that were very helpful and found super flattering clothing for me. Will be back soon!!!
