Many of their employees are not too friendly or welcoming, which is disappointing for how often myself and my significant other shop here. Think they’re staff could use a good pep talk on how to crest an enjoyable shopping experience for their customers, including their “security personnel“. A simple “hello” can go a long way..................................
We love this target any day of the week. However this morning I came in with my two-year-old while nine months pregnant and forgot my mask in the car. An employee overheard me saying that we would have to walk back to the car to get it and offer to get me one from the back room. I was totally blown away with her kindness and consideration.
You can find a little of everything and the sales prices can't be beat. I always start at Target when I wan to pick up a variety of things because I know the price and selection will make my shopping trip successful.
We were sent over from the Lakewood store for a toy that was supposed to be in stock at Edgewater. It wasn't, but the up front lead, Karen, and another associate she had assist, were amazing. They went out of their way to try and find the specific toy and had another store hold it for us. The lady running the self check out was also very friendly.
Placed and paid for my order online. To be picked up same day. Edgewater CO. location. I arrived later in the day to pick up my order. To find out that they didn't have my order or the product I paid for. They gave me some lame cop out excuses. No solutions or any real help to get me what I paid for. This target and its management is the worst I have ever experienced.
