Leno has been absolutely amazing with helping my family. He went above and beyond to get us what we needed and helped so much with road blocks we ran into. Thanks to him we have a great dependable car!

Just got home from purchasing a car from here. Leno was an awesome guy to work with and made the buying experience a great one with his knowledge, honesty, and professionalism. He is definitely someone who does his job well and cares about his customers. Thank you to Carboard and Leno!

Best car buying experience ever. Leno is great, low key, no pressure and honest. I will definitely go back when it’s time to buy another vehicle.

Final update: still having the same problems. They offered to look at it and get it tested for emissions by their local place. Sadly I do not trust them any more. So many problems coming forward with this car. I will not be buying anything from. Them again.nnUPDATE!!!! : sadly, my first review was short lived ( see below). The car we purchased ( which was not even 30 days ago) has spent more then 50% of the time in their shop since it will not pass emissions. They are having us bring it to them again to fix it yet again so it can be tested and passed for emissions. this problem was said to have been fixed already once. Also, today while driving in a rain storm, the windshield started leaking water onto the dash, the sunroof started dripping water and the headliner in the back of the car was wet with water as well. So obviously the car has a lot of problems that were not noticeable right away. Sad days.....nnFirst review: Loved this dealership! Leno and the others in the office were completely awesome! They helped us find a vehicle we wanted and helped us get financing all done. They even fixed some things that were causing problems with driving. They were very understanding of our situation and understanding of our two little ones. Absolutely the best customer service. We have already decided that when we go to buy another vehicle, we are going to Carboard and only there!

From the scheduling of our appointment, to the no-pressure test drive, we were super pleased with our experience. Leno obviously cares about his customer as he took time to get us the best possible deal when it came time to finance. We ended up getting a really nice vehicle for a great price and couldn’t be happier with our experience at Carboard. I’ve always been leery of buying a vehicle off of a Colfax dealer, but these guys changed my mind completely. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuine people at Carboard. You should definitely give them a visit!
