What an absolute gem of a coffee shop located near the Highlands in Denver. The owners, Sonia and Mark, are wonderful people and the coffee is always absolutely delicious. Highly recommend checking out this local small business next time you're in the area. Also they have a lovely back patio that's perfect to crank out a few hours of work. Go check it out!
This family-owned coffee shop in my neighborhood is a lovely place to meet for a drink and a chat. The handmade bar top is gorgeous, the owners have an awesome collection of rotating local art, and they welcome everyone into their space. They are very involved in the community, and you'll often see local activists and community leaders planning for impact!
My sister got me a birthday gift card to Federal Coffee and I'm so glad! The owner, Sonia, is so kind and welcoming. She currently has a great to-go window setup and one table outside to be thoughtful of COVID safety. The coffee is great and the location is easily walkable from Jefferson Park.nnBased on articles, Sonia and her family have history in this location and she renovated it into a coffee shop in the past few years. I'm looking forward to more coffee here and eventually someday getting to go inside once it's safe!
Sonia and Mark are amazing, and somehow their coffee is even better! No better way to start your day, than with a Federal Coffee latte!
