I went in to get some coffee not realizing but they didn't accept cash. It's my mom's birthday coming up and I wanted to get her something that she would enjoy since I'm struggling right now I knew she would appreciate the simple blessing of really amazing coffee. But what makes this place so amazing is that comped my coffee because I didn't have a card to pay. Not only did they make my day but they made my mom's with a free coffee. thank you Dutch Bros

Is it early morning and you need a great cup of coffee without any attitude? Then Dutch Bros is your answer. They greet you as if you're their long-lost best friend. They smile when their taking your order and they make you feel great. I'm guessing their training material includes watching 40 hours of Mr. Rogers Neighborhood. My only complaint is with myself for driving by this place so many times before giving it a chance.

I love Dutch Bros! I was introduced to them by a friend about a year ago and I've been addicted ever since! Ever since going here about every week or so for the past year I think they only ever messed up my order once but they were very apologetic about it and fixed it for me. This is a great place with great drinks and amazing staff! Go DB!!

I tried this place a couple weeks ago and absolutely loved it so much I stopped going to Starbucks but this last time the window girl was so rude and couldn’t be more unenthusiastic about being there and helping me. I couldn’t even get helpful information without feeling as if I were a bother and ended up throwing my drink away because I felt so uncomfortable talking to her I ordered the wrong cold brew and would rather eat the $6 than have to talk to her again. Back to Starbucks I go.
