Closed Line of Credit without request or approval.nnPrior to the event I went to the branch and confirmed with the Branch Manager Lo Ann, that this would not be a problem. She lied directly to me and stated false information.nnAfter speaking with 8 separate representatives it's clear that Vecrtra Bank is run by incompetent staff with undocumented practices.nnI was also told a 'computer glitch' caused the problem and they refused to offer any compensation for their mistake.
What a bank! Since I was a little boy.
