The staff is SO helpful and know their stuff! I was dealing with a touchy situation and they were kind, patient and very professional. The building is beautiful, the units are spotless, and with the keyed in security system it is both safe and convenient. The pricing is very fair and they offer great specials too. Best deal we could find for a decent sized storage unit, and location was convenient during a time we were moving off the south hill and temporarily living in Mead. Move out process was extremely simple, I left the unit vacant the last day of the month without a lock and they called me the next day to confirm I wanted to move out. Facilities were very clean and safe despite being in Hillyard, which I'll admit I was nervous about at the beginning. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
I’m writing this review for a family member. It’s a beautiful office and a very clean establishment but the customer service is beyond rude. Michelle in the office needs some training on how to treat people with respect. She is by no means a professional. You can have a beautiful, clean place but you can’t hide ugly. Good luck

This place is a joke. They will harass you anytime you come to your storage during the day to look into your storage in your vehicle. And if you happen to lose your key and say somebody that you're going to have somebody come pick it off they will lock you out. Even when your paid up for the month. They do it to keep yout stuff.
