The Nut Factory tends to mess up their orders, they need a decent bookkeeper, and products take upwards of two weeks to arrive after orders are placed. Inquiries about ETAs are met with defensive remarks and lack of accountability. More organization could make this company great.
Just started getting products from them for my department (bulk foods) and I have nothing bad to say. The owner was amazingly helpful and all products came in and taste amazing!! If you want fresh wonderful product, give these guys a try!!
Owner is a real piece of work... Usually these type of business owners were just handed it by their rich parents. Congrats on running into the ground in record time!!!
